Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of digital projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, while ensuring alignment with client objectives and agency standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and sprint schedules, coordinating efforts across multiple teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Effectively manage project resources and allocations, optimizing workflows and driving accountability across teams.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies while adeptly handling change requests and escalations as needed.
• Foster collaboration and communication across diverse stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and agency leadership, to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Champion best practices in project management, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the team and across the organization.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in project management or related fields, with a proven successful project delivery track record.
• Strong proficiency in managing client expectations and stakeholder communications, with the ability to engage effectively with senior and executive management.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus, given our global client base and diverse team.
• While technical skills are not mandatory, a solid understanding of programming technologies and user experience principles is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and external partnerships, with a keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling project documentation, reports, and client communications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with a focus on meticulous planning, tracking, and execution.
